Course summary: The lecture course will include sessions on the proteomic analysis of histone modifications and of defined chromosomal domains, functional proteomics, quantitative proteomics, emerging technologies and bioinformatic analysis of large proteomic datasets and their visualization. Major features of the course are the meet-the-experts sessions as well as the problem-solving sessions, where participants can discuss issues of their projects with one of the expert speakers of the course.
