OxiZymes has been established as a platform for scientific discussions and exchange for basic and applied research focusing on oxidoreductases including copper-dependent enzymes, flavoenzymes, heme peroxidases, catalases and related heme-dependent enzymes. OxiZymes will cover talks and poster presentations on structure-function relationships of these oxidoreductases, (ii) phylogeny and bioinformatics, (iii) physiological aspects, regulation and production, (iv) biotechnology (genetic and protein engineering), (v) new methodological approaches as well as (vi) biosensors and biorefineries.
