Course website: www.spetsai.org Organizers: Profs Daniel Otzen, Alan Fersht and Daniela Rhodes The course aims to link a system-oriented view of protein–protein interactions with the underlying molecular principles and their implications in human disease. The course will integrate robust experimental approaches with a more global understanding of the many interactions that proteins are involved in. Topics: interactomes, networks and disease, whole-cell structural studies, proteostasis, biophysics in the cellular environment, protein folding/misfolding/aggregation, proteins in therapy, membrane protein folding, telomere biology and structure. Applications deadline: May 1, 2013 |
