This course will cover all aspects of modern cellular and molecular immunology. Special emphasis will be placed on tolerance and immune regulation, regulatory T cell differentiation, the differentiation and functions of innate lymphoid cells, mucosal immunity, host–commensal interactions, dendritic cells, inflammation and metabolism, epigenetic control of virus spreading and tropism, HIV infection, and the origins of lymphocyte malignancies.
