Expert Talk Healthy Working Through the Corona Crisis and Beyond

This online Expert Talk will focus on what you can do to stay healthy and improve your resilience during the Corona crisis as well as how to build healthy working habits for the future. Prof. Lalouschek particularly focuses on how you can work healthily from home, strengthen your immune system, and the dynamics of brain - work interaction. He will also discuss how to deal with multitasking and give concrete tips for staying focused at work. The Talk will include breakout sessions to brainstorm methods for more focused working. The Expert: Univ. Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Lalouschek The Tree Consulting GmbH Building on his expertise from working more than 20 years as a neurologist, Dr. Lalouschek guides individuals on a path to healthy living through solution-oriented coaching.
