About the job
The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 125,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.
The ESR is seeking to recruit a part-time or full-time (25 - 38.5 hours) Team Assistant to join its Scientific Publications Department to support the team in administration and reporting duties.
Tasks

Administrative support (file management, appointment coordination)

Assistance with data maintenance in our databases
-
Monitoring/data collection from our databases
-
Preparation of statistics and evaluations/analyses

Investigations and research (e.g. PubMed or other databases of academic publishing)

Assistance with daily tasks within the Society Journals

Documentation/Minutes

Website administration
Requirements
-
Good command of written and spoken English
-
Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package), especially in working with data (Microsoft Excel is a must)

Good eye for detail and ability to work well with deadlines

Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with medical and scientific terminology (advantageous)

Experience in scientific or academic journal publishing (advantageous)

The monthly gross full-time salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,000 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualification.
