8th ÖGMBT Annual Meeting – "Life Sciences for the Next Generation"

It is a great pleasure for us to welcoming you to the 8th ÖGMBT Annual Meeting – Life Sciences for the Next Generation - 2016 from September 12-14, 2016 in Graz, Austria.

 

The ÖGMBT Annual Meeting is the largest Life Science meeting in Austria connecting scientists, students and corporate representatives to share their knowledge and visions in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Genetics. We are pleased to present sessions with topics covering diverse basic and applied research fields on membranes, metabolism, ageing, enzymes, microbes and synthetic biology. A special session, termed “Young Scientists Austria” is intended to provide a forum for the international PhD programs at the three participating Universities in Graz. The main program will be accompanied by parallel satellite sessions “Translational Oncology” and “Biophysics”. Our aim is to provide the best possible environment and atmosphere to discuss your data with colleagues, to establish new networks for your career and to enjoy the beautiful city of Graz.

The University of Graz will host the ÖGMBT Annual Meeting with the conference venue at the main campus (RESOWI Zentrum). Participating Universities are the Technical University and the Medical University of Graz.
