Takeda is now hiring in Vienna, Austria for a Project Coordinator (f/m/d) with passion and expertise in the field of data flow and data science. This is a vital role within our Statistical and Quantitative Sciences and Scientific Informatics division, supporting the Plasma Derived Therapies Business Unit.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Plasma Derived Therapies Statistics, you will be providing project support to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities


  • Lifecycle management support for Software, Hardware, and contract related activities
  • Support for procurement related activities (procurement system, offer creation and coordination etc.)
  • Responsible for training coordination (trainings management and compliance for several roles)
  • Documentation and Document coordinator (e.g., DMS support to issue and/or publish relevant documents internally)
  • Communication and Portfolio Support (e.g., help maintaining data for Portfolio informational sites)
  • Operational process improvement support (e.g., support to simplify processes with SME’s for documentation, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks including but not limited to coordination, planning and moderation of several workshops 8
Required Skills And Qualifications


  • Experience in general operational efficiency and continuous process improvement
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
  • Experience in KPI monitoring and Dash-boarding (mostly Office 365)
  • Profound skills in German and English language (written and spoken)
  • Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy
  • Interested to quickly adapt and learn new things as needed

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is EUR 3.557,47 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.
