In course of the H2020 Open Innovation Test Bed project “NextGenMicrofluidics”, coordinated by JOANNEUM RESEARCH, a “Microfluidics Innovation Hub” (MIH) will be permanently and sustainably established as an association.

The MIH will implement upscaling of microfluidic devices for medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, bioreactor process control, on-chip cell cultivation and others.

The MIH will offer its customers a single entry point to a wide range of existing cutting edge microfluidic technologies from Europe’s top research centres and companies, covering the entire value chain to accelerate the demonstration of exciting new scientific breakthroughs towards a working prototype, and beyond into mass manufacturing.

On behalf of the MIH we are currently seeking an experienced and creative General Manager of the Association “Microfluidics Innovation Hub” in a full-time employment to lead and scale-up the MIH, located in Weiz, Austria.
