This FEBS workshop will bring together leaders in the field to foster scientific exchange on the chromatin proteome, the dynamic behavior of proteins in the nucleus and the integration and visualization of protein and DNA networks. Scientific sessions will include the proteomic analysis of histone modifications and of defined chromosomal domains, functional proteomics, quantitative proteomics, emerging technologies and bioinformatic analysis of large proteomic datasets. One-on-one 'Problem-solving sessions' and 'Meet-the-experts sessions' where specific technical issues can be discussed in-depth are also part of the program. There will also be talks on career development and funding opportunities.
