We are organizing this free hands-on workshop at our company site in Vienna in order to make our participants familiar with the theoretical as well as practical knowledge required to perform circulating microRNA analyses using the osteomiR qPCR kit and the osteomiR software application.

Basic experience in RNA Isolation, and qPCR would be of advantage.

Pharmaceutical companies and clinical research groups, with activities in osteoporosis and age-related diseases.

Our participants will be advised in the following techniques:

  1. RNA extraction from human serum samples
  2. cDNA synthesis and qPCR amplification
  3. hands-on lesson: data analysis using the osteomiR software application
